Each person has different skills and deficits in EF

We are all growing and learning better ways. Our EF skills are very dynamic! We can become more organized, just as we can become less focused. 

EF is easily impacted

Since Executive Functioning occurs in the frontal lobe of the brain and requires more brain work than most of our systems, it is typically the first to be impacted when the brain needs to prioritize other systems.
