Some facts about physical disabilities:

•Cognitive function may or may not be impacted

•Limited Motor Functioning or Processing Impairments in the area of injury or connected areas

•Stiff/Involuntary Movements causing stiffness

​

•Movements may be interrupted or executed poorly limiting daily functioning

If we knew how much perseverance and endurance it took people with physical impairments to go about their day, we would never see them as anything but incredibly strong.
